From $4K to $70K in weekly sales
This e-commerce brand was generating steady traffic but converting almost none of it. At the start of our engagement they were doing roughly $4K in weekly sales on a 0.47% conversion rate, plenty of sessions, almost no revenue. The product was good; the system around it was not.
The store leaked at every stage. Traffic landed on pages that didn't convert, the funnel had no real structure, tracking was unreliable, and the ad account was spending into broad, untested audiences. Without clean data and a conversion-focused funnel, every shilling of ad spend was working at a fraction of its potential.
We rebuilt the entire acquisition and conversion system across platforms:
Conversion Rebuild: We reworked the store's key pages, offer, and checkout flow, lifting conversion from 0.47% to 2.34%.
Multi-Platform Paid Media: We ran a coordinated Meta, Google, and TikTok strategy, scaling spend only where the math held.
Creative Engine: A high-cadence creative system kept fresh, performance-led angles in market every single week.
Tracking & Funnel: We rebuilt tracking and funnel structure so the algorithm optimised against clean, profit-true signal.
In under three months, weekly sales climbed from $4,073 to $70,644, a 17x jump. Sessions grew 4x to 62,000, orders rose from 114 to 1,697, and conversion improved from 0.47% to 2.34%. The brand went from leaking traffic to compounding revenue.
